We are not a bank. Banking services, if any, are provided by one or more third-party financial institutions.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
